About
Sam Voutas is a writer and filmmaker. He was raised in Manila, Taipei, Beijing, & Canberra. His feature film Red Light Revolution was included on the British Film Institute’s list of 10 Great Films Set in Beijing. His second feature, King of Peking, world premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival and was released globally by Netflix. He recently completed the graphic novel White Faced Lies, co-authored with Eric Flanagan. The book is based on their Sundance Labs screenplay.
